Description:
A classic dish I cook at the flat when I miss home

Ingredients:
250g spaghetti
500 ml of of Del Monte Pinoy Style sauce
Ketchup
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 kilos of ground beef
1/3 kilos of chopped hot-dog
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 tablespoon chopped onions
Three slices of Kraft singles

Directions:
Pasta:
Boil 4 cups of water in a pot. Put in 1 teaspoon of oil and salt. Hold pasta perpendicularly at your hands, twist and drop at the middle of the pot. The pasta will sink in slowly around the pot for the pasta to cook evenly. Stir occasionally. Cook for 7-12 minutes. Continuously check if pasta is "al-den-te" before turning off the fire.

Pour pot contents into the colander to filter the pasta from the hot water. Let it sit for 5 minutes to cool down.

Sauce:
Saute chopped garlic and onions until caramelized. Put the ground beef into the pan and cook until dark brown. Toss in the hotdog and cook until the hotdog edges are curled. Lower heat and put in the spaghetti sauce. Wait until it boils. Put three slices of Kraft Singles Cheese into the sauce and stir until the cheese melts into the sauce. Put in 50ml of tomato ketchup into the sauce and sugar to taste.
